I will create a space where you can talk openly and in confidence about what’s going on for you now, and where you would like to be in the future – a kind of thinking partner. I listen with an open mind and ask powerful questions, sometimes challenging but always compassionate, that cut through the fog, to find the calm, courageous and confident part of you who is ready to take charge again.

The Business End

My one-to-one work with you, can take place in person, if you are based in and around the New Forest, or via Zoom if you are anywhere else.

All coaching begins with a free, no-obligation, introductory chat. Before we chat I ask you to complete a pre-coaching questionnaire to help you really think about what you want from coaching and to give me a sense of where you are. The call helps us to decide if we are a good fit and enables you to ask any questions you may have. If we agree to work together, we will discuss payment options and get the first session booked in.

A single issue focussed session – £300

  • 2 hours intensive session
  • 30 minute follow up session

Self-Belief Journeys

1. Three-month coaching programme – £750

  • 6 sessions of 60 – 90 minutes
  • Contact via Voxer/email between sessions.

Individual 60 minutes sessions after the programme are available by mutual agreement.

2. Five-month coaching programme – £1250

  • 10 sessions of 60 to 90 minutes
  • Contact via Voxer/email between sessions

Individual 60 minutes sessions after the programme are available by mutual agreement .
