Hello! My name is Helen. I am a Self-Belief Coach. I help folk to shift their relationship with self-doubt by uncovering stories and beliefs which hold them back. Then, using a coaching approach, I support them to change those old beliefs and take action for a bright, re-imagined and fulfilling future.
Self-doubt shows up in many forms. We often recognise it by its symptoms… you know, a lack of confidence, perfectionism, overworking, avoidance tactics, imposter syndrome, putting everyone’s needs before our own, losing your mojo, I could go on… things that can get in the way of our goals and dreams and generally make us feel stuck and pretty rubbish.
